How to Order
Our team will help to make the order process as smooth as possible.
Ordering and importing products from overseas can sometimes be a hassle. Our experienced team has been handling this for more than 20 years and will assist and update you every step of the way to make sure the process is as seamless as possible.
Purchase Order
You send your purchase order to our team who will check it and confirm. This can be for one item or mixed items, with MOQ of 20FCL.
Artwork
Artwork for products should be provided in vector format (e.g. AI). Our design team will transpose the artwork onto our template then send to you for approval.
Proforma Invoice
We will prepare and send you a proforma invoice and wait for your approval and initial payment.
Production
We will then plan your production and let you know when it will be completed. You’re welcome to inspect your products before delivery, just speak to our team.
Delivery
We will let you know when your production is complete so you can make the final payment. Then the products will be exported to you.
